Use the service responsibly
- Submit information you honestly believe is accurate. Do not send knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful reports.
- Only upload photos you are permitted to share. Avoid unnecessary faces, identification cards, or private documents.
- Reports may be checked, grouped with similar reports, corrected, or marked unverified by authorized personnel.
Emergency limitation
iMSafe supports community monitoring and response coordination. It does not replace emergency hotlines, police, fire, medical services, local government instructions, or official disaster agencies. Internet access, maps, email, and external data services may be delayed or unavailable.
Your responsibility
Review your answers before submitting. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency responders first and move to a safer place when it is safe to do so.
Data Privacy Notice
Controller and purpose
iMSafe Disaster Monitoring System processes report information to document incidents, verify details, coordinate response, prevent duplicate reports, provide tracking updates, protect system security, and create aggregated operational statistics.
Processing and sharing
Information may be collected through this form, stored in the incident database, compared with related reports, displayed to authorized administrators, and shared with responders or technology providers when necessary for those purposes. In an urgent situation, applicable law may also permit processing needed to protect life, health, or public safety.
Retention
Up to 24 months after the incident is resolved, unless a longer period is required for an active response, investigation, legal obligation, or security review.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or blocking where applicable, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent continued online tracking or follow-up.
